So today, I saw a tv documentary about a level 63 man Dan Buettner finding out how top-level players can get to such a high level without despawning.

Some tips he found out include

  • Always dedicate time every day to do the [Exercise] activity, and find ways to incorporate it into daily life, like doing the [Gardening task] and opt to not use [Transport] for travelling small distances.

  • What you consume is also important. Eating carbohydrates other than [Rice] and [Noodles] helps, like eating sweet potatoes/ sourdough bread.

  • Most importantly, play the game every day with the goal of making an impact on the world. In fact, research says that the [Determination] buff can actually lead to a longer life. Living and interacting with other people can also lead to a longer life.

If you want to watch the guide for yourself, it's on the communication site [Netflix] called Live to 100: secrets of the blue zones. I wish you all long and prosperous playthroughs.
