I’ve noticed that the current META pretty much requires the player to have the [Tech Literacy] skill unlocked, the earlier the better, but I’ve noticed that many higher level players (55+) seem to never be able to get it, even when trying. Most don’t even bother because of how hard it is to unlock past level 35, becoming exponentially harder to unlock with each level after.

Is this a bug or intended? I personally think it’s likely a bug with the difficulty modifier, and that it was supposed to increase in difficulty linearly, but I honestly have no clue, being level 20, and having unlocked that part of the skill tree before I was in the 2 digit levels.
