I thought I had a pretty robust build but recently it's plagued by status effects like "headache" or "exhausted" without any traces why. Fortunately they are only temporary. When I asked other players they had same experiences in the past. They suggested some causes like I didn't hydrate my character enough. Also it could be caused by weather events or the illness debuff. Or something else.

So it could be anything. Why the hell did the devs decide to not add any useful debug information aside from some vague status effects?
