You can certainly write English here. Most will be able to understand you and answer accordingly. However, it won't be expected outside of explicit English subs like c/germany.
Occasionally, r/de also has English submissions - so will c/dach likely as well

Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass ein paar Mods abspringen und sie die Flut an neurechten nicht mehr bewältigen können. Das ist was spez will, also warum dagegen wehren.
Ich weiß nicht ob spez Neurechte will. Der will vor allem viel Profit. Ob das jetzt von Links, Rechts, vom Börsengang oder was auch immer kommt. Hauptsache Profit.
