- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

also I have another question.Can you put 8GB of ram into a x200 I have heard that you cant but I have also heard that you can with a 64 bit operating system.Which one is true?
I have a X200 laptop with Libreboot, 8 GB of RAM and a x86_64 Debian 10 installation.
Yes, the maximum amount of RAM an x220 can hold is 8 GB (2x 4GB), if I recall correctly.
Unfortunately, no, Libreboot is not compatible with the x230, however you can install Retroboot (now known as OSboot), or just compile Coreboot without any binary blobs.
um I said t430 not the x230
T430 is also incompatible with Libreboot, however if you own a T430 you can send it over to them and they'll install Retroboot for you. https://retrofreedom.com/product/libreboot-installation-service/
