It's called Coming Out on Top. NSFWish warning for that game trailer. It's a gay dating simulator with NSFW art. Have played it in the past. You play a dude going to college who can fuck around. You can also, however, choose to stay in and just keep studying. You talk to your fish throughout the entire game, like one talks to a pet, but if you stay home and do it perpetually (as well as a couple other specific things) you can end up romancing the fucking fish.
Really, it's no worse than gay bear sex. Which is apparently super popular right now.
Yeah I only recently found out you could do that in BG3 and now I am genuinely torn between fucking a bear or a mindflayer.
You don't have to choose, you can do both
