Only a good thing. Meta needs to be over. Too much power in one company.

My friend told me, now Facebook is advertising porn, I didn't believe what he said until he showed it to me, and I can only say what meta has been doing all this time to even advertise porn. I wish meta was blocked from my country but that seems impossible.

Unfortunately I tried accessing Facebook from a vpb in Canada and was still able to connect.

The article doesn't say Facebook stopped being accessible in Canada, it says they'll stop providing news content to Canadians ;) (I live in Canada, i can access it. That's not what it says.)

The bigger question is: Since when did they ever provide news content? I don't know..I never see it.

But it's because of a new ruling about content requirements.
