That was the worst 1.5 years that I can remember in recent memory. It was just mistake after mistake. Made it worse that we started with a solid team. McDaniels is an arrogant guy, sometimes it’s hard to tell those types of people anything or expect them to learn from past mistakes. That’s also one reason why I’m worried about AOC- if McDaniels/Ziegler botched so much, what are the chances they got AOC right ? I’m cautiously optimistic
Las Vegas Raiders
Not surprised one bit
No bashing players. I don’t care who drafted them they’re Raiders now and still have time to develop.
Husker fan here, absolutely not surprised whatsoever. Regardless of the outlook we have in the now though, I can't say I trust Davis and those around him to competently pick an appendage, we will be firing whatever coach we get within 2 years. Poor administration leads to poor coaching which leads to failure on the field even if your roster is stacked with future hall of fame talent. RN4L but I've seen this dog and pony show happen.
Everyone knew not just raiders fans. Go listen to John middlekauf, and ex scout , this guy would always be baffled at this dude. He would constantly call him a fraud
As someone relatively new to the game, I'm just surprised a change in coach can have that much impact in such a short time
I mean they’re both similar and different at the same time. I think Carr unfortunately will have the same career as Cutler but he definitely cares more. But he really just isn’t a franchise QB and he may have had us “afloat” but really he was holding us back. Marshall and Waller are literally completely different. Waller is a injury prone guy that still has flashes but you can tell his best days are behind him moving him was 100% the right move. Marshall was absolutely not the right move. He got moved in his Prime lmao
