Nobody beats the Bears 8 times in 10 games!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Bagent looks as good as the first overall pick. Bears have their franchise QB.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

A real barn-burner eyy?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Not the worst let's gooo

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

NFL really needs to drop AWS if it's gonna come up with yet another shitty ass schedule next season

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Can we use Amazon for blatantly false claims? Because if this is best matchup their AI can come up with, I'd hate to see the worst it can offer.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Lost in the shuffle of this horrible game, I think I was sorta impressed by Chicago’s defense? Considering the offense was allergic to staying on the field the Bears defense held up, even for a game against the Panthers. Sweat has been a bit of a shot in the arm, Brisker and Stevenson had some nice moments, Andrew Billings has made himself some money this year.

Really hope we can see Fields soon, would be nice if Chicago would actually let their QB throw downfield and he was looking pretty fun in the two games before the injury

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

That certainly was a football game. One of the games of all time.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Man looking like everyone went to bed at half time. This post-game thread is dead.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

What a loser fan base. Who mentioned Green Bay?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Iowa/Northwestern still scored less points than this game. I can't decide if I'm impressed or disgusted

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Montez said "I'm just trying to get in where I fit in" and now that's my life motto.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I like turtles.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Don’t worry guys. The next prime time game is Aidan O’Connell vs Zach Wilson

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

As commented by other people: The panthers are between a rock and a hard place.

They can’t win, because… well, it’s looking like they can’t.

They can certainly lose a bunch of games, but that just helps the Bears out, since the Panther’s first round pick is already going to the Bears.

So in a way, the Panthers have nothing to play for and nothing to look forward to even if they lose and tank

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Most boring game of the season. No interceptions, no fumbles. Very few sacks. Only 1 offensive touchdown.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Bagent > Love

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Well that wasnt even the fun to watch garbage fire it was just bad there were no winners today let's just forget tonight happened

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I keep hearing about the "Tank Bowl" like "Which teams are going to lose the most on purpose to get the 1 pick?"

Say what you will about the Panthers, but this is them trying to be good at football.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

we aren't even the best at tanking for our own next draft... all around embarrassing for all involved

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

The real star is Amazon. Who will copyright strike all these clips from tonight’s game.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

B. Young looks like Bert from Sesame Street if Ernie blow up his plans in his face.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Panthers really went and lost to a QB called T-Bag smh

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I don't want to see Bagent starting another bears game ever again

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

when the bears win I go :)

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Prayers up for everyone who watched this game. 🙏🙏

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Listen, I think we can all agree that we just watched a game of football on Prime Video. Furthermore, it was a Thursday Night Football game that took place at Soldier Field. Finally, whether you like it or not, the Bears and Panthers are both teams in the NFL!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Is Jeff Fischer available?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Proud to say I didn't watch a single minute of this game. Instead I watched a Nazi get his head bashed in by the bear jew

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Young looked terrible, again. Bears should’ve had two interceptions. I get that the whole Panthers team is bad overall, but Bryce isn’t helping one bit.

I have said this before, but Panthers made a big mistake drafting him #1 overall. Massive overpay for a guy who is only 5’10. Show me one, one other 5’10 quarterback today in the NFL or in NFL history that has proven to be worth the #1 pick.

Hell, show me a 5’10 qb that won a Super Bowl. There are none. Russell Wilson is 5’11. I know that’s just one inch, but every inch matters when you need to throw over massive offensive linemen, who are bigger than ever these days.

Maybe this is a stupid hill for me to stand on but these facts and please prove me wrong if I’m mistaken.

Tyson Bagent is that viral kid cussing out his teacher for giving out packers and not teaching all grown up

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Hey at least the panthers have a really early second round pick! Gotta look at the positives.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Bagent looks like he sits in the Wawa parking lot with his squatted truck blaring country rap

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Richard Sherman got part of the Millennium Eye round his neck.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

If Bryce Young is the answer, you are asking the wrong question.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

English rugby fan here. Can somebody tell me why “Bryce Bust Young” is trending on twitter? What does bust mean in this context?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Two terrible coaches slugging it out for pink slips.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Never actually watched the post game interviews Thursday night, that was fun.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Hayden Hurst really left Cincy for this.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

A win is a win, I’m gonna enjoy this moment because they don’t come too often.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

God I miss those huge shoulder pads. I get the new ones are lighter, but the aesthetics of the old one just screamed "football"

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Caleb Williams... YOU are a Chicago Bear via the Carolina Panthers!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I caught up with The Bear instead of watching this game. Both Chicago franchises luckily came out as winners.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

And people on this sub will still defend either of Reich or Young lmao

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

The fact that people actually watched this game is amazing to me

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

The Bears defense this season has allowed the 2nd highest passer rating to opposing QBs

The lowest passer rating across this entire season - Daniel Jones at 70.5

Bryce Young's passer rating tonight - 68.4

What all this means - despite playing the #31 passing defense, Bryce Young had a worse game than the average game of the worst QB in the NFL

I want to go back and look at all the threads on here where people said during the summer that the panthers offence was going to be amazing.

It was too much to give up for young. He's good but he can't succeed with such a shitty team around him.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

I have a coworker who's a Bears fan and someone asked "Who plays today?", to which he replied, ai think the Panthers, I think they're playing a bad team as well, fully unaware the Bears were playing them. I'm actually glad I did not waste time watching this game today. Have enough watching Denver as it is.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Jameson Williams carried Bryce

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

This game was a disgusting act
