The Jags are worse and the Vikings are better

I feel like it's obvious the Bengals are a good team at this point.
Might have believed this a week ago.
I’m gonna say it, Philly. Haven’t most their games been one score games? Sounds like last years Vikings
Commanders are low key 1 play away in 4 different games of being 8-2.
Patriots here (2-8)
If we had an average quarter back we would be 5-5
If we didn’t have our defense we would be 1-9
Worse: Dolphins and Steelers for sure. Maybe Jaguars by a little bit?
Better: Going through standings the only team that really sticks out is maybe the Texans. I think Stroud and a lot of the other rookies are finding their groove.
Broncos are both? 4-5 record but the team gave up 70 to the dolphins but then beats Chiefs and Bills back to back?
I want to say we're better than our record, but I'm not sure how we're doing this with our roster. My brain is waiting for the wheels to fall off but my heart is invested in a playoff run. I told myself I wasn't going to be invested this year too.
Bobcats are worse than their record
The Rams were picked by many to be a bottom 5 team in the league this year and somehow have 3 wins - but we’ve also blown two very winnable games and should be better.
I think the lions is a paper tiger and I think the jags alot stronger if they get their shit together
But that’s lions Oline is nuts.
We are good enough to be 8-2 but had a strong case of fumblitis/dropsies early on for whatever reason
Bill Parcells said "You are what your record says you are."
One of my favorite quotes in general. So true for pro football and can be applied to many other (not all) aspects of life.
Vikings and Texans are better than their record and the Steelers and cowboys are worse than their record
Washington lost to the Eagles the first time because they decided against going for 2 points after their last TD. Then they lost to the Giants 7-14. A week later they would drop 31 points on the Eagles. In both of those games they had chances to win it and blew it. Then they just lost to the Seahawks (after an absolutely insane call by the refs to eject a player, among other questionable calls) by 3 points.
With a little bit of luck they could be 8-2 leading the division.
But the NFC East as a whole is weird this year. The Giants over performed last year and have completely fallen apart this year. The Eagles are very lucky that they are 8-1 because they are a lot more suspect than they should be with that record. And we all know that Dallas is going to find some way to blow it this year. So yeah, if things go slightly differently we would all be talking about how the Sam Howell led Commanders are contenders.
Bengals will be the team nobody wants too see when they’re coming to your town Wildcard Weekend. Assuming they make the playoffs…
