This also wouldn't be a solution for FLOSS projects hosted on GitHub. The solution would be making easier to move to other platforms.

Thats a good idea, I hate that you basically need a github account to contribute to a lot of projects. I'd rather have thousands of accounts on random self hosted bugtrackers etc. than one github account.

Install nodejs, python, serverless-framework and aws-cli.
