Idk what it is but I feel like modern NFL mentality is so different among fans and players. The bucs are 4-5 and especially with the 17th game now they've still got a legit shot to climb into the playoff race if they win a few, but I feel like there are a bunch of teams like them that are hanging right around .500 but the players have clearly thrown in the towel on the season already
