He’s really good at TV. He’s funny as hell and willing to call out players or coaches by name. He straight up said every time Dak throws to Michael Gallup it’s a waste of a play.
Lombardi was just a scapegoat, Staley always been the problem
Feel like no matter what QB, the chargers has still been the same team for the past 20 years.
Score pts, can’t win. Have offensive talent, can’t win. Look good on paper, can’t win.

Rwx is right but I'm still amused that it's coming from a guy who took over one of the better defenses in the Bills and ruined it because he only has one scheme

I was 100% on team Staley but he definitely lost his shine. I'm not sure he's surviving this season. I'm biased but I'm not even sure he has a job after the Ravens game.

I’m a Chiefs fan and even I’m getting pissed at Staley lol.
I've said it before, but Staley only got that job because he inherited a Wade Phillips defense for one year. The Rams offense was sputtering and the defense had to pick up the slack, so Wade got the boot, and surprise they "rebounded" next year when the offense got it together. (After they traded for Stafford, oddly enough).
It's why one-year coordinators always need a deeper look from teams than just "oh this guy did great, hire him for an HC job".
You wrote a lot of words just to be completely wrong about the whole timing of Staley lol. Stafford wasn’t there with him…
It’s amazing how much Staley has destroyed his reputation over the past 12-18 months
He should have been bounced the second Jacksonville made that game winning field goal back in January.

Lol damn, in a day and age of using kid gloves this was a haymaker. Rex ain't wrong though. No excuses for that record, for awful drafting and for terrible defensive playcalling. That's all Staley.

sports media needs to be overhauled. scrap like 90% of the people involved today and start over.

The guy had one above average season and ESPN calls him an expert.
I guess in this case it's accurate, if Rex is considered an expert in lackluster coaching.
