Just watched Undisputed and Irvin was praising the Raiders and AP for Sunday. Which is shocking cause when we win we don’t get credit sometimes so it was a nice change of pace. But I say that to say a lot of insiders and commentators have been rooting for AP. Players love him so far, his presence and attitude has turned this into a player friendly team. You think that could attract some big names especially on Defense who want to play in that environment or for him?

I don’t think Mark Davis keeps him unless he runs the table.

He’s already got it. Davis can see that and I’m going to believe he won’t make the same mistake twice. Until he does.

If we finally start drafting well, that isn’t supposed to matter as much 🤷🏿‍♂️

We're in Vegas, no income tax state, moderate cost of living. Realistically, attracting free agents should work itself out, why wouldn't it? Only way it wouldn't is if players specifically don't want to play of AP because of history or some way he's rubbed them the wrong way

I think so because it seems to be a player driven team with him as the HC and seemingly makes blessing. Why would you want to play for an organization that lets players have fun, be themselves, etc. However, this approach is good and fun so long at a minimum they’re playing hard for the man.

he is a players coach and its in LV , with no state tax which saves them $$$ short & long term

McDaniel's was keeping FA's away
