Internet speed test max of 25Mbps on desktop when all other devices get 200.

Both wifi and ethernet get the same, about 25Mbps

Installed current drivers for pcie wifi card GC-WBAX210

Windows 10 64bit

GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming 3 Mobo

Most likely culprit? OS? Mobo? Drivers? Something else?

Advice greatly appreciated.

Stupid advice, but you can narrow down a lot by booting to Ubuntu from a usb stick plugged into the machine. Ubuntu install media offers the option to try before install,so no actual changes to your machine are made.
