Some team is going to make Tee Higgins their WR1 and I'm sad but get it. I'm just hoping he gets a few more dimes for us this season
I’m hoping KC signs him. We’re likely losing CJ and it is what it is, but bringing in Higgins would make me feel better about that.
You aren’t at the point in your teams Timeline. PM contract makes FA a reclaim project time for you guys. You have to hope to hit on somebody overlooked or hit on draft. The days of paying high price FAs are gone.
Harrison smith
Greg Newsome. MJ and Denzel are the outside corners for years to come and I think the org does right but Greg and allows him to go somewhere he can start on the outside and get that big pay day when the time comes.
Gabe Davis. He’s as aggravating in real life as he is in fantasy
We likely won't have the money to pay EJ Epenesa after this year since his rookie contract is up, whoever gets him will be getting a stud
Justin Fields.
Let the bodies hit the floor
Most fans heard about the Evans situation in the off-season, so that's probably not too surprising, but Lavonte Davids contract is also expiring at the end of the season. I am not at all ready for both of these guys to not be Bucs anymore - they are both still very productive and has been the identity of the Bucs for the past decade+ on their respective sides of the ball. They were shining bright spots during the shit years and it was so glorious to see them finally get rewarded with a ring.
With all these teams losing players just to get signed by other teams who are letting go of thier own players to save money, either the players are gonna have to settle or the nfl needs to raise the cap I think both needs to happen
Everyone knows that Bill likes to move on from big money stars, and both Kyle Duggar and Mike Onwenu will be getting pretty big paydays. I think with the rebuild, and how Onwenu has been playing at right tackle (top 3) he has to be re-signed to help any rookie qb we may get.
I could completely see Duggar walking with the emergence of Peppers and the drafting of Mapu. I also bet Josh Uche is gone. Adrian Phillips seems about done, he has barely played any snaps this year after leading the team in tackles 2 years ago. Trent Brown is probably gone too. No idea if weplan on riding it out with Mac for another year or go after a qb now, but he could be gone. That isn't exactly a secret though.
Not because he’s washed at all, but Tyler Lockett has expressed recently that he didn’t even really want to play until 30, and has no desire to go until 40. Add on top of that his real estate business is doing real well and we just got both JSN and Bobo No idea if that actually means he’d retire soon, but it wouldn’t shock me too much if he said he was ready to hang it up in the next two years
Our answer just got cut, Shaq Leonard
Either Jerry Jeudy or Courtland Sutton, both have been waiting around too long for the Broncos to be good again and wouldn't be surprised if either leaves for a ring
Either Kirk Cousins or Josh Dobbs will not return next year. That’s not super surprising but I bet Twitter will react like it is when the cut gets made.
This is gonna be a tough one to swallow but..... Carson Wentz. In all reality I'd love to keep him as a back up but I doubt he'd stay for the vet minimum.
Bryce Huff. A+ guy, but with the performances he's putting up this year, he'll be expensive to keep. With the depth we have at his position and the needs in our offense (who would have guessed?), there is a chance the Jets will be seeking ways to trade him away.
Not one team and they both have been mentioned separately, but just to emphathize:
I think both Travis and Jason Kelce will retire at the end of the season.
Michael Thomas
Dawson Knox
Gabe Davis, Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, maybe Von Miller with a post 6/1.
Bills will do a major reset on defense like the chiefs did. They’re too old now (and injuries are wild rn)
Derrick Henry, although I don’t think anyone is surprised😂
