Hey! So recently I switched houses and I've noticed that my internet has become extremely slow and isn't like before, I used to get 70+mbps in my old house and now I get a meagre 15-20 mbps, it's really problematic as I am having trouble doing regular internet tasks/downloading stuff or playing an online game.
Any help? (I'm not so experienced with network and internet related issues)

Nowadays I think internet provider and speed should be one of the primary selection criteria for a home. For me, it's a show stopper.

Exactly. Internet quality, distance to work, distance to groceries.

In that order.

That's how cellular Internet works. It can be extremely good in 1 area and absolutely horrible in another area. It all depends on the location of the tower as well as the load on the tower. Get another internet service provider would be my answer. Ask your neighbors what they have or look up online through the big name providers (AT&T, Spectrum, etc)
