Yeah I would say Germany and Italy have the US beat in that category lol. I visited both for only a few days so I wasn't too sure.

I've spent 3 years in Japan, 4 years in the UK, and a year in Korea. For me it was how incredibly rude everyone is. Sure I encountered rude people in other countries, but it's on another level here. Also, there are so many bad drivers that drive so confidently here.

Edit: typo

How is the capital of the Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia? DC or Baltimore should be it.

So simple math problems are blowing people's minds now?

Hope that McDonald's worker is happy with their $50k. That's like a whole ambulance ride plus some Tylenol.

They didn't use the non-hybrid Camry or the 4Runner for their data. I think those two models would've bumped it up a spot at least.

Or just use use your PC like a normal person.

I had this happen the other day, I just kept playing, and avoided pressing sell. Pretty sure it's a bug, not intended for mobile.

Aren't space heaters pretty cheap? Probably didn't need to add wear and tear to your GPU.

Holy run-on sentences. I agree with you, but it was done, it's already in the museums. Signing petitions and raising awareness of agencies/museums that are trying to get the stuff back is probably a better way to funnel your frustrations.

I'm using Firefox mobile and pulling up any webpage is very slow. One of the big things is searching using the address bar, has a load time of at least 10 seconds (using ddg as default). Switching default search engines does not help.

One thing of note is that in a private tab, everything works normally. I tested multiple times using the same method as above.

Hopefully this can be remedied with a simple settings tweak.

I never used Twitter. Reddit was the only social media I engaged/posted on for years, moved to Lemmy a couple months ago. I made an account on Mastodon, downloaded moshidon, followed a bunch of hashtags, now I don't know what to do. Do I just start posting "Facebook status" type posts? Is Mastodon basically like individual Lemmy comment threads with hashtags being the main post?

Now I know how my parents feel when I try to explain anything outside of Facebook to them.

Note: It's not ChatGPT but a similar algorithm.

Was trying to checkmate in the middle of the board but had my queen too close.
