That's because this topic is in special focus today, for you and many others. But it's really not different to treating someone shitty for any other reason they can't do anything about, like being bald or small or whatever.

It's just always shitty to treat people shitty, it's not a contest who least deserves to be treated shittily.

There are multiple forces at work in a converging rocket nozzle:

  1. The exhaust is pushed outward faster since the hole is smaller, giving the rocket extra thrust
  2. The exhaust hits the wall of the nozzle as it gets thinner, braking the rocket

These two effectively cancel out, which is why the actual effect of making the nozzle thinner/converge is that it increases the back pressure within the engine (constricted space, smaller hole), essentially (idk how) increasing the efficiency of the fuel burning.

However, when the nozzle gets too thin, the exhaust becomes faster than its speed of sound. Since the pressure travels at the speed of sound, it can now not actually get back into the engine anymore. So that's the limit of how thin you can make the nozzle. The pressure has to get back into the engine to have its effect, so you can't make the exhaust travel faster than its speed of sound.

If any of this sounds wrong to anyone, let me know, I'm not an expert in this.

It's also why rocket nozzles can't be infinitely thin :)

I mean that's what this post is about right? There are ways to connect with people, however it's "euagh" to do them. Completely understandable.

I'm not disagreeing there. I would have ranked that under the "sleeping" point, I thought "going to bed" was other rituals people do, undressing, removing makeup, brushing teeth, reading part of a good book, etc.

I agree kinda. However, I'm not discouraging them as to their protesting potentially being useless now. I'm trying to stop you from doing that negative thing/showing others it's fine to do it now.

There are valid reasons why not to protest/revolt before the election. No one knew how it would turn out, Rs could have been crushed. Even with Trump, it wasn't incredibly likely that he would let Musk completely dismantle everything. Of course it was a possibility, but it's a bit different to protest a possibility and to protest something actually happening, so I think it's fine if you would protest in the one case but not the other.

Was that more helpful?

Thanks. It was answered a bit further up. But it's still a bit weird that I had to come to the comments and even here nobody wanted to say it :D I think the "not knowing from the article" is still valid. Not everyone knows everything.

In the 90s, I barely even knew what the English language was.

You could probably call it some kind of disability of executive functioning... Many people with disabilities manage fine without a personal assistant.

It's more use posting it here than not posting it here. People here can see it and share on traditional social media.

However the question is if there are any labor organizations officially participating in this. If not, this seems a bit weird. And what are the actual demands? Change to what? These are the bigger problems than the location of the post.

So lucky this is only mild. Imagine if it was anything really really bad.

But I'm just sitting here, genuinely wondering what the slur is she used, because I have no idea. I'm not well versed in trans slurs. Idk, news reporting should at least give me some way to find out... Like a spoiler tag to click on. Just... something.

Or any other log files/output? I'm open to any solution, but what I would like...

...is something where I can just click on a word or select some text and say "filter that out"

Something that colors different log levels differently, preferably automatically.

Something that can parse the "columns" and give me a nice quick list of values, like different unit names to filter out/solely include.

Something that lets me choose a time and go there. Something that lets me select only a specific timeframe of logs.

I know this can probably be done by going in/out of journalctl, recalling the last command and adding specific filter options... but it just feels slow. It's so many keypresses when I could just right click on the word and -> "Filter out/Search for" or something.

I don't really have the will or the time to read through long Wikipedia pages or even reading books or similar, which would obviously be a much better, more reliable, more neutral, but also more dry, choice to gain a good understanding of Anarchism.

I have some basic, specific questions that would probably be answered by doing the above, but since I'm not willing to do that (I know, I know), would it be fine for me to ask them in this community?

Right now I'm stuck in a boot issue on Elementary OS and I have no access to any installation medium :(
