It's when you realize you really have no control. For me the only thing that caring about everything does Is making me sad and anxious so why I have to expose myself to everything? For the First Time in my Life this week I've blocked every local/world news instances and filtered the Word "musk". I already feel the good vibes coming back
Realistically I wouldn't listen to music 'cause I Need to make a Plan and concentrate
