My pre-draft comp for Sam Howell was Baker Mayfield. So far seem pretty spot on.

Going to hold the ball too long trying to make a play. Going to make some bad interceptions. Also going to move the ball and score. No one going to accuse either of not being tough or say they are afraid to challenge a matchup.

Goal is going to be to real in interceptions as best you can and try to get him to speed up internal clock to take less hits.

Helps that Howell is in a modern passing offense with a guy that has seen it done and called plays in NFL and not some archaic 30+ year old offense from a career mediocre college play caller.

Improving that iOL is also important for these shorter QBs and Washington's hasn't played well all year.

Definitely not hoping it is true so maybe some one in the AFC North could stop winning.

Woah... at least 1 sideline ref is also super concerned about the OL alignment on field goals too. It isn't all about QB sneaks.
