I’m #reading via #audiobook Devil’s Bride (#book 1/Cynster but 2nd chronologically). I think I first #read this #historical #romance #mystery in 2009 when it was released & have listened to it before, too. When reading on paper or ebook, it’s possible to skip the epically long sex or nearly-sex scenes - pretty sure one of them lasts over 20 pages. This #newadult college #romance is a charming brother’s best friend trope, and sister is afraid to tell him. I’ve #read His Human Widow by Michele Mills (#book 10/Monsters Love Curvy Girls). I love this alien #romance world & 10 was a fun addition to the Hyrrokin-human love matches. Plus, a bonded pet!!! Hyrrokins are not really monsters like in the #monsters genre. They are just Devil-looking aliens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve #read Coveted By The Hunter by Lynnea Lee (#book 10/Xarc’n Warriors). This post-apocalyptic alien #romance series is definitely one of my favorites. I hardly ever read #books right when they are released but this was close - it was new in August. The MMC isn’t as human-savvy as some of his fellow warriors so mistakes from earlier books are repeated with different outcomes. I’ve #read Rock Hard Gargoyle (#book 1/Possessive Monsters). I’m not a huge fan of #monsters #romance or #bodyguard trope, but this was well-done and quite charming. The MCs live in the world after a long-lasting concealment spell has ended & magics are revealed to the world.
