It says he's the "manager" (agent?) in this post, but I believe his other brother, Dwaine Maynard, is his actual agent (named on official documents in last 2 contracts).
They're both directors of the agency, but just thought it was worth clarifying.
I have to say he sounds like an absolute arsehole from the details released!
