Look into the history of this news outlet.

Did they spread the lie of "WMDs in Iraq"? if the answer is "yes" and they're not a legitimate news outlet

Avast isn't what it used to be, stop using it

It could run 11 but MS won’t let me.

The stuff microsoft is making mandatory for windows 11 is good stuff. You can't enable core isolation on hardware that's not compatible with windows 11

Any PC running hardware that's too old to have the features you need for 11 would need to be replaced soon anyway

there's ways to not install it and there's ways to get rid of it. Just so everyone knows. You can also use an app like simplewall to block any of the garbage in windows from connecting to the internet at all

any computer still using hardware that's not compatible with windows 11 will need to be replaced soon anyway

Oh...so they just want to take all control away from the user? I won't be buying that, I'm sure it eats up a fuck ton of bandwidth too

youtube shorts deflector?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 months ago

that would be cool too.

now we just need proton docs inside of the proton drive desktop client too

It costs money to maintain all this stuff. They're being super generous with their free options.

Then there's all the court cases that they fight against on the regular too. That costs a lot of money as well.

This is why perfect forward secrecy is mandatory even if you have quantum encryption on your VPN.

As for file storage, even if it's quantum resistant, we may see a time in the future where you need to periodically re-encrypt your files to keep them a little bit less in danger

I wouldn't know, I've had a paid proton account for a long time now

Update, the person who responded to my request for support thought I was talking about the proton mail desktop app, even though I sent the request from the proton pass desktop app.

You guys really need to get better people who can actually read in that department. I usually need to repeat myself at least 3 times before they finally understand what I'm trying to tell them.

Title says it all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Windows 11, 64 bit core isolation enabled.

It was a meme about a cyber security guy not giving out his personal information, not even to girls he likes. I can't find it on here anymore
