As good as modern gojira are, they have lost some of their edge.
This album still had some death metal mixed in with the prog and groove and hit a great balance. And a little of the more experimental sounds from the link before it.
The way of all flesh is also good of course, but after that they haven't really grabbed me on a whole album level, just a track here and there.
Only windhand album I haven't picked up yet. Need to remember to grab a copy next time I'm at my local.
I'm lucky enough to have a metal specific record store nearby that takes all of my money.
False Light is excellent but I think I personally prefer the more experimental styles on Love Exchange Failure and Futility Report.
going to have to wait a while for me to get to K in the alphabet. I have a lot of Kayo Dot / Toby Driver material.
I'm certain he must've lost a lot of money betting against amd on the stock market right around the time of zen1 and he never got over it.
Ah, yes, the guy that obviously put a lot of money into intel shares or attempting to short AMD right around the launch of Zen architecture and got so butthurt about his poor investment that he started actively falsifying data and writing ridiculous unhinged reviews of amd products to make intel look better.
District 9 with Zombies.
I like it, it's a bit over the top at times though. It felt like a flawed prototype of what became JJ trek films later on, which while flawed on their own were much more successful at being the big action blockbuster Nemesis was trying to be, but ended up out of character and style for the TNG crew.
Does the job, but I'd prefer to have the newer models with the more easily adjustable loading for my cartridge
It's a project tube box, one of the older models.
Sparrow wasn't it? Gorgeous track, I love her voice.
You'd also like her solo work in that case.
