I was finally able to get rid of the ads in Windows. I'm sure that it doesn't block everything, but editing the 'hosts' file helps. At least I don't see any ads in Windows anymore. Here is an simple tutorial that I found on how to do so:

I went to a Samsung certified repair shop to get my screen replaced and they said they couldn't do it cuz they couldn't repair my color of phone. Idk what they have against white phones, but I ended up having to mail it to Samsung to get it repaired.

Step 1: Disable Twitch adblocker.

Step 2: Log in to Twitch.

Step 3: Re-enable Twitch adblocker.

That's what worked for me.
