I definitely need a source on this. I searched online and couldn't find anything. If this is true, I feel like it's the one thing that might actually cause some people to move to Linux.

I thought Mastodon, Lemmy, and Kbin were all the same thing until about a week before I lost access to RIF. I'm glad I looked into all the Reddit alternatives and found Lemmy. Reddit has been shitty for years anyway.

Modern razors blades are possibly the biggest scam of all time. Safety razors (double-edge razors) are far superior.

Too bad Disco Elysium 2 will be a soulless cash grab. It's a bit ironic that the developer ended up getting destroyed by capitalism.

I bought a ps1 classic to use for emulators, back when they were on clearance. It's only good enough for 5th-gen gaming (N64-era), but that's good enough for me. I can use my PC for everything else.

My issue with Kbin is that it's missing some of the communities from Lemmy. For example, [email protected] isn't available on Kbin and I can't add it. Also, it annoys me seeing empty image placeholders on every post. Last time that I used Kbin, it also kept showing error messages every couple minutes. Kbin just isn't ready for mainstream adoption. Lemmy is.
