He had a .278 win % vs playoff teams, had 4.5 offensive coordinators in three years, had Jim Caldwell bail on him after working with him for literally three days and attempted to sabotage Tua's career because he was too fucking incompetent/impatient/stupid to attempt to build an offense around his highly drafted Quarterback.

Isn't it time we stopped pretending he wasn't a dogshit coach? He might be a good coordinator but he was an objectively awful coach and leader of men in Miami.
