Yup. It's so annoying and very random. Most of the time they won't load, but sometimes they will. Here's a workaround I've found. Click the three dots by the thumbnail on the post, then open, they will work every time.

No filters. Seems to be across all instances as far as I can tell. I'm on a Pixel 5a if that helps.
