I recall in 8thgrade we had a new student join us. She was 18 and nice. I recall she was placed into the 9th grade as the state test at the time showed her knowledge to be at the 9th grade level and not a senior like she was claimed to be.
As someone who lives in TX and thinks my state/federal leadership is dumb AF. Yes, they want it. Having a SCOTUS who will play similarly dumb AF is a bonus to them.
