It Takes Two is such a fun game to play with a friend. Highly recommended.

He's doing exactly what Putin asked.

completely forgot about the name change - was wondering what "Luanti" was. Glad to see continued progress. Thanks to all the devs putting in the hard work!

You’re literally the one nitpicking the analogy lmao.

you literally started it ¯_(ツ)_/¯ - apologies for not phrasing it properly, English is not my first language.

Enjoy your cost of living crisis

apologies for not exactly spelling it out for you - is the US actively bombing innocent cubans? I get it, there's a torture camp- wish it didn't exist. analogies don't have to be perfect.

Google‘s or Apple‘s push notification servers turns out that doesn’t matter so much from what I undertstood.

Can you elaborate? It's my understanding that push notifications are only used to trigger Signal to check if there are messages - the message data and who/what triggered it is not being sent to Google/Apple. If you don't trust push notifications, you can always use a De-google'd phone and the Signal APK which will fallback to polling the server; this will obviously impact battery life as the app needs to constantly be checking for new messages.

in this scenario, does florida invade cuba first?

not guy you're replying to, but found the following sources below.

Ukrainian troops have for the first time engaged with North Korean units

And I answered it? There are multiple wealthy people involved. Do you expect the full name, address, and social security number of every individual? I don't care to do all that research for you. My point still stands, Bluesky's devs are in debt (via investments) to wealthy people who will want to extract value (money) from it. Enshittification is inevitable.

about 9 million people work more than one job in the us.

13 million, source: https://www.census.gov/library/stories/2019/06/about-thirteen-million-united-states-workers-have-more-than-one-job.html

To your point though, that still doesn't add up to the nearly 89 million people who didn't vote, source: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/how-many-people-didn-t-vote-in-the-2024-election/ar-AA1uaH9n - I retract my statement as it's just a fraction of the overall picture. I'm curious what other driving factors exist. I'm not going to call it lazyness without evidence though. I need concrete studies/evidence, not just conjecture.

we'll have a vote the same way russians get a vote. I don't like it, but that's very likely what will happen.

Soooo.... I've never had this issue on any other phone before. Is it normal to get condensation inside the camera lense (wide angle and telephoto)?

it's dried out now, but I can see spots on the inside of the lense now that the water is gone, I can only imagine this getting worse over time, affecting quality. is this worth an RMA?

I know this works if I have, for example:

movies/
    - movie1 - 1080p.mkv
    - movie1 - 2160p.mkv

but what if I have:

movies/
    - movie1 - 1080p.mkv
movies2/
    - movie1 - 2160p.mkv

Because I'm out of space on the driver under "movies". Do I need to have them in the same parent folder?

Edit Message

Now you can edit a message even after it has been sent! Fix a tpyo, include the missing ingredient in grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe, or add the punchline to a joke if you hit the send button too quickly. The choice is yours.

Messages will always show when they have been edited, and you can tap on the "Edited" indicator to see the full edit history for any edited messages.

Update the past in the present to prevent future confusion today!

Got this today on Signal beta. Editing is one feature I really wanted in Signal.

Anyone else got it?

Made these for myself, figured I should share for anyone interested.

Why is it that so many companies that rely on monetizing the data of their users seem to be extremely hot on AI? If you ask Signal president Meredith Whittaker (and I did), she’ll tell you it’s simply because “AI is a surveillance technology.”
