Perfect timing from the alpecin team, just in front at the right time.

Same it's not recognizable enough, prefer the bright green.

I won't be able to watch much of it today, but I'm thinking Philipsen will take this one. Interested to see how Cav will preform.

A great opening weekend and looking forward now to the sprinter stages, as I don't have as much time to watch cause of work and all that. I can just catch the last bit and not get fomo.

I guess he just did

Wondering if Laffay will follow up with another good day as he was the biggest surprise for me yesterday.

Definitely one of the better opening stages of a grand tour. I guess Movistar will have to hunt for a stage win with Guerreiro or Jorgenson now.

Played out pretty well so far

Gutted for them

Heard the jumbo-visma one there definitely a bit of getting used to and hopefully they will be a bit more insightful then that.

I don't know if this community is active enough yet to have a pre, race and result thread per stage, so let's see how we get on with one thread.

Really looking forward to this stage. I think it will make a great start to the Tour de France. My money is on van Aert for this stage he goes up the mountains a bit better the MvdP and he has the best final sprint of whoever will be left.

Thanks! That feeling was exactly what I was going for with the ramen photo. I feel the 3rd one is the weakest as well. I was going for a quiet dutch pub kind of vibe enjoying bitterballen and a beer. I'm not entirely sure if I will redo that one with a different subject.

Here is a photo series I did during covid when all the restaurants and cafes were closed. I was trying to get a bit of a disconnected feeling but at the same time longing for that restaurant experience again. This is why I went with the shitty weather, looking in approach. Luckily we have all that back now. I never really did anything with the series. The ramen one is probably my favourite which was the one I shot first. Let me know what you thing of this as a series.

Het is weer vrijdagmiddag, wat zijn de plannen voor het weekend? Ik zelf heb behoorlijk last van me rug dus ga het rustig aan doen.

Heartbreaking really... 26 is too young to go

This is a photo I took recently enough. What I like about is how your eyes get drawn to the yellow taxi. Despite being quite a busy with all the lines and leaves there is a certain kind of calmness in the shot. What could make this shot better for me is if there was just a little bit more going on around the taxi maybe someone getting in or out. I'd be curious to here your thoughts.
