Thank you for keeping me in the loop and for the suggested solution. Much appreciated!

Is it similar to IceRaven?

While most want to hear "readed" fails (or see they're errors being recognized), they hate to hear the promotion of an alternative when they just want to see the downfall

Anyway a starting QA can help out in this area?

@MentalEdge
Email has been verified so it's assumed that the issue stems from .world, but does everyone else have this issue? Or what is the work around?
This isn't the only lemmyverse account made that has an issue with logging into the site via desktop browser.

@MentalEdge
What do you mean, could you explain further?

In my case, I created an account through the lemmy.world on mobile and tried logging into lemmy.world via desktop browser, but after entering my credentials at the login, the page continues to load endlessly - which part of that process is not done correctly?

I'm using kbin at the moment because this is the only account that appears to login in successfully via desktop

The back of its head should look like a K

How to sign into any of the fediverse lemmy site on desktop?
It appears to continiously load at the login page after entering credentials.

Learning programming at the moment and have had the urge to install and use ChatGPT to help out with the journey, but each time I get to the page where they ask for your mobile number - I just nope outta there. I don't want any of my info. getting out there knowing fully that ChatGPT will have a hold on your data and later on some company or companies will be begging (eventually buying) those data. A leak is bound to happen, which is one of my fears.
