Forbidden Island has a similar game mechanic to Pandemic without the pandemic theme, if you like the coop/roles aspect. We've been playing it more lately with friends.

Nah, there are too many other Kingstons in the world for that to work (Kingston, NY; Kingston, Jamaica). I would suggest sticking with what you have already.
