I would hazard a guess that it's dependent on even more than region. Wasn't it an Icelandic volcano that shut down air travel because of ash a few years back?

Also depends on the airline, Southwest is open seating so the later you board the better chance of getting shafted with a bad middle seat or being in front of the lavatory

It has a slow start IMO but once the edge wears down and Butcher just lets himself nerd out it's just such good modern fantasy
