There's a few places like that in Lanzarote. Pretty cool.

Everyone who wants to fly to America has to. Am curious what would happen if I ticked Yes next to "have you ever associated with communists". Do they just kick you out or is there a lengthy interrogation process first?

Honestly, no. It didn't occur to me!

it is how we operate, but also there's little expectation of a catch up. We can talk all evening and be none the wiser as to what's up in each others lives, much to the chagrin of the women in my life who ask for such details

I'm jealous... I'm no longer even contact with any of my school-friends, bar one who lives abroad. There's an occasional reunion when we all travel to London for drinks and dinner, but that's it

App I'm using insisted I upload a pic to be able to post, and that one was just my most recent one with nobody's face in.

It occurred to me that, as an adult, I feel I need a reason to invite friends over. My wife thinks this is pitiful. I invited a couple of friends over for a curry and a boardgame night - it was a fine evening - but without that reason of having a shared activity, I'd never have done it.

Jusy wondered if I'm alone in this, and if there's any men out there who DO invite male friends over with no plans or expectations for the evening?

Pic unrelated.

Yes. It would have made me useful generally, not just to my employer, and pretty much guarantees work wherever in the world you go. I could even be self-employed if I wished. Little chance of that with my skillset

I think this is the best fallout from an MC post Ive yet read

Nice theory, Fakeman Pretendname, if that IS your real name

I really wish these feckers would watch Richard J Murphy on YouTube. Very few of our ministers actually seem to understand taxation

My kid got into Snake Clash, and the amount of Ads especially of the "watch to win" type are ridiculous. Changed my routers DNS settings just so they could play the game ad free. Sadly, it now means progress is behind a relentless grind, cos you have to manually earn every single upgrade

New fiction is risky to make. A lot of money down the pan if nobody likes it. Panel shows though? You can film 3 or more episodes in a day.
