Bench for lat pulldowns (lemmynsfw.com)
 

I have a multifunction cable machine. I want to do lat pulldowns but my bench doesn't have the thigh pads to hold me down. I want to get a replacement but I can't find anything. Does anyone have a brand suggestion?

Pixel 7 Pro here going on 2.5 ish years. I think it's made a significant difference. Normally I'd be ready for an upgrade or new battery at 2 years. Accubattery says battery health is still about 96%

That's ok. Blood test first (least invasive) then move on to ultrasound. The point is there's no good reason to have someone digitally probe your anus anymore.

This is a true shitpost bc this is not the standard anymore. The PSA blood test can catch prostate cancer much earlier and reliably.

I bought it when it was a one time payment. It's been worth it but I don't think I would do it if it was a monthly fee.
