He had apparently been taking prescription drugs and drinking alcohol. Beetroot was on a trip. If he's the best that his electorate has, yikes.

That's where automation comes in to do the menial repetitive jobs and the remaining humans take on more complex tasks. Everything will work itself out.

So... Critical thinking and logic shouldn't apply to the lay person then? The government in the UK reflects on our actions here?

But we're splitting hairs here. The point of disruption is to stir up conversation and keep the issue front and centre. We're in the middle of a climate crisis. Our quality of life is trending downwards. Interrupting the public comes after scientists giving hard facts to the world that have been largely ignored for decades.

I'm not American, and just wondering if it's a requirement to have the $600/m taken from your pay, which I'm assuming is for health insurance? That's a crazy amount to throw away every year, especially if you still have to pay extra for treatments that you need for functioning.

Any Sydneysiders care to comment on this? My understanding is that the northern suburbs are much more wealthy than the others, so this project appears to be placating to the upper classes rather than servicing areas like the west which is poorer. Happy to be corrected.

Discord's main purpose is to be a gamer focused chat program. Isn't Instagram a selfie chat app?

And here, everyone, is exhibit A as to why critical thinking is going down the drain globally.

I kind of want to go to the dog park and hang out with other people's dogs today. Not sure if that's socially acceptable.

It's not making fun of at all. Skilled jobs are the kind of jobs you need to learn a specific skill to do, E.g building contractor. Unskilled jobs are jobs that are simple enough that almost anyone can do, E.g. flipping burgers or packing boxes.

No matter what kind of job it is, the employee MUST be compensated for their work fairly and be given adequate measures such as annual or sick leave to ensure that they remain healthy while working.

I'd rather a system where an employee can vote their bosses out of the job so that the bosses end up working for the employees rather than the other way around. A salary isn't a gift and neither is labour.

I suppose that's true. I guess I was thinking about semi autos when I posted my comment and wasn't considering much else. Pretty sure it's impossible to get your hands on those as a civilian in Australia.

Such a nonsensical rule to try and keep everyone's lawns looking pristine. Messy gardens are way more beneficial to wildlife.

Can you get semi autos in Canada and the UK easily? Definitely can't in Australia. The most you're allowed is a rifle and only if you're a farmer.
