I should have took a closer pic of the ribs and had an individual rib to should how it looked. But meh, you have to trust me it was definitely delicious!

Made some beef ribs for the 4th. My dad usually cooks on the 4th. But he is retiring and handing me the duties of cooking for the 4th.

I'm going to be smoking beef ribs. Two weeks ago I smoked a beef chuck roast. I shredded the roast and we had mini roast sandwiches with them. It was delicious!
