I really wish they would have stuck with a virtual console format like their previous consoles. I still can't justify the extra cost of the expansion pass, especially with the scarcity of quality titles they add to the service. I'd much rather purchase the occasional title that interests me personally.
I've only made one community on my instance !hhkb which is a super niche group that I was a part of on reddit.

Try typing just hu or into the search function. Lemmy.world and beehaw should be fully federated so you shouldn't have to search the complete path
It's pretty seemless! I'm stilling adjusting to the limitations of the gb studio engine but overall it's very intuitive and easy to learn

Currently putting together a bartop arcade for emulation. Planning to use one of the Sffpc lenovo's I have laying around running batocera. Using secondary hookups that I can pull out and hook up my steam deck as well. Mostly playing galaga.
Still one of my favorite games by far. I was planning to buy a bartop kit but decided to travel back home and spend some time with my Dad. I think it'll be a good weekend project for us to work on together.
