A lot of people seem to love it and reviews are excellent, if that is subpar then we are getting some damn good games lately.

I've always found it weird that Xbox and Steam have nothing for completing a game.
Same here, I started out in Beehaw but left to a smaller instance because of all the defedersting. This way I have a feed with all the instances I like mixed together.
I don't have much of a stake in this but isolation is probably not the way forward.
I've heard the game is bottlenecked by the CPU. What do you have?
It really should, the Series S is already looking dead and we are only at the beginning of the console lifecycle.
Totally, Starfield pretty much pissed off 3 different groups at once.
You have anti-woke people losing their minds over pronouns in the character creator.
Playstation fanboys since the game is not on PS5.
The usual Bethesda haters that have been saying Skyrim sucks for over 10 years now.
This was going to happen whether Starfield was a masterpiece or complete garbage.
A lot of people also seem to not know that you can't just spend 80% of your budget on a graphics card and buy whatever CPU you can afford with whatever is left.
It's kinda wild seeing people complain about Skyrim's maps being too detailed and then seeing this thread.
It was absolutely terrible.
They have, since Skyrim.
Biggest issue right now seems to be moderation being difficult due to federation.
I think, once that issue is tackled, we'll see Lemmy grow more naturally.
