Check out Archwiki plymouth , in the installation section, make sure that you have silent boot as that's what usually blocks plymouth from displaying.

If I understand your query correctly, Fedora uses a Plymouth theme called bgrt which displays the OEM logo and asks for the key in a nicer input. Try setting your Plymouth theme to bgrt
I've been using 8bitdo SN 30 Pro+, it's pretty good with standard games and also it's gyro helps with Switch Emulation
I played Inside recently. Sure games like RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077 are great games but Inside deserves love too. I'm not trying to say it's underrated as I read it received awards and is listed as one of the best games, I'm just raising awareness for it.
