Understood, but don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
We just need to improve not perfect.
Pretty sure he was referring to the non national guard gun owners.
The law also says "well regulated militia" but no one cares about that bit.
Maybe a 100% bullet tax might do something, but this won't do much.
Thou shalt not divide by zero or you get the ban stick.
