The 49ers showed the Jets how a winning organization works when they traded Trey Lance. Wilson should have been gone and a decent back up signed prior to the start fo the season. IMO they didnt want to admit bungling the number 2 pick, and boy has it cost them.

Not resigning Julian Love was a huge mistake. He was a leader on the team. Plus our schedule has been the most difficult in memory.
