I don’t see us doing that, though, so I’m not sure how to agree with you while also explaining that you’re agreeing with our point and maybe just aren’t seeing that.

Oh I should be clear that this person is absolutely a problem. They’re far less effective at their job, don’t learn for long after the question is asked, and the value they bring to the team is, in some ways, less than a fairly young person. And yet they’re paid more because “experience”.

I have the same thing in my field(architecture and structural engineering firms) as a technologist. People who refuse to learn new skills with the software constantly hold back people willing to put in the effort.

What I was getting at is that his being against murder(along with the rest of the context provided, mind) means that as someone who was maybe seeing that trouble in more places than necessary he may have assumed that the gunshots he thought he heard were because a murder had taken place. Even with all that he still didn’t try to exact his own justice and detained instead of injured/killed.

I’m trying to point at that we can’t necessarily just say “oh he was evil the whole time” and write it off like good people can’t turn rotten for various reasons. The Democrats have a lot of problems and their centrism is a huge fucking problem, but the party is not left enough to constitute “sheep’s clothing”. It’s relativistic politics to make that assumption.

My friend works as a Unix admin and his older coworker, who is paid way more than he is, is essentially useless and always slowing everyone down. Constantly asking basic questions and getting stuck on simple things for a whole day when he doesn’t ask.

Same with driving. I don’t care how long you’ve been doing it if you haven’t put any serious effort into learning and improving after passing your pathetic, weak test 38 years ago.

It sounds like you’re missing the difference between low and high functioning _____. People with high-functioning autism, for example, deal with a lot of struggles that everyone handwaves away because they’re mostly able to, like, get to work on time. The Nazis would have walked right past them so long as their views aligned; they wanted the people who were visibly and undeniably brain damaged because because it’s all about appearances with facists. Plus it was the first half of the 1900s, they weren’t exactly experts at that shit.

He was very against murder in his town, it was his whole thing. If I offer him the benefit of the doubt I can see him pulling that for at least a good reason, and unlike so many other incidents with mega racists he didn’t shoot the guy even though he had the capacity to.

I don’t think Fetterman was ever a genius, to be fair. In fact with more research into him I might even go so far as to use him as an example that you don’t have to be Einstein to be a good person, and that conservatives being stupid is only part of it; they are stupid and hateful. Whatever happened here seems to have pushed him over the edge he was already teetering on.

The second from right looks like a “burnt titanium” type of deal. I think it’s real but just super blingy and over the top.

Makes sense. A women wearing pants is pretty par for the course and anyone else they’d just call a butch lesbian and, more or less, move on.

If they don’t recognize FtM as men then they’re seeing them as women and they don’t respect women. They also understand that MtF can look good and believe that, despite seeing them fully as women “at the time of erection”, that they were “tricked into being gay” even if all they saw was a picture on the internet or a trans women on the street. And then they somehow still treat them as women and go out and attack them in ways they’d never do to a man, so clearly they’ve accepted it deep-down. It’s just a big fucking mess that they won’t put any effort into cleaning up.

They need therapy and emotional regulation and instead they have indoctrination, childhood trauma, and two rusty braincells struggling to make any connection with eachother.
