Some are! I am noticing that jump scares are being relied upon a bit too much with some, but others are amazing metaphors for real life horror.

I can hear drunk people singing, and an angry man yelling "fuck youuu", all while I watch a small yt channel play indie horror games.

Every Friday in the month of July, the European Night Market it being held in Madame Brussels Lane (50 Lonsdale St Melbourne). The last one is on Friday 28th of July. The event is free, but you'd need to buy the food/drink from the stalls.

I definitely reccomend going, there are plenty of seats, stalls, food, and drink to consume. There are some people dressed up in winter-themed costumes and a couple of entertainers as well.

If you're gonna watch any of these channels, watch his. He took the false dichotomy of "quality Vs quantity" and decided on both ๐ I believe he'll be doing House of Leaves soon, but his next video should be Hypnospace Outlaw (a fantastic game I've played). You don't need to see the movies, read the books, or play the games, to get something from his videos; they're all explained extremely well, and his multiple whiteboards and his narration help keep track of it all.
