You can try getting involved in your state's tenants union. They're usually the ones pushing for more controls on foreign/corportate ownership and short stay rent.

I'm running out of display space. So many sets packed away both built and unbuilt.
Going to work on my Lego backlog with the kid. BOM is forecasting a cold and miserable day today.
It's also not a search engine or an arbiter of truth. I also think it and other ML models need to be taught to help our kids understand its limitations and uses. This generation of ML models make things up whole cloth. Need to push back on the stupid myth that it is a search engine.
