Wer kennt es nicht: Regelmäßig muss man sein Olivenöl wegschütten, weil es schlecht geworden ist. Zum Glück macht Edeka jetzt damit Schluss! in c/[email protected]

Ist nicht ganz so einfach mit dieser Faustregel. Extra virgin Olivenöl ist tatsächlich vergleichsweise äußerst stabil in Hinsicht auf die Freisetzung bestimmter schädliche Stoffe:
