Colombia's second goal shouldn't have counted imo, and it wasn't a pen for Uruguay
That's a bit of a stretch. There's 7 berths and we're definitely better than Venezuela, Bolivia and Paraguay

The rules need to be changed asap. I see at least one of these per match where an attacking player just stays on the ground in order to stop the other team's counter. Even the ref himself told him to stand up. It's so stupid
