I'll pick it up in a few years in a sale when all of the bugs are ironed out and the proved has dropped

I have a rough outline of things I'd like to see. Such as some tourist attractions , nature sites , zoos , museums etc.

We do as many as we can but also eat out along the way. We avail of metro , trains and walking where possible. If the city has a river or canal tour we usually do that too.

Mainly it is just to unwind and get away from the rat race for a few days.

Sounds like some journey. Do you have any specific memories that stand out during your travels ?

Yeah I feel you on the story front. I was more of a fan of splinter cell myself but the metal gear games are more polished and better designed with the adaptive enemies and such.

Torrenting is one thing but I wouldn't be trusting a VPN to protect from anything to attract the heat of the law or government.

I'd try each application one by one. Maybe write a script to monitor load and stop the program if it goes past your desired threshold and notify you.

It could also be a setting in some app like photoprism or immich ... I think one of them uses tensorflow to classify images. That would increase the load if thats running in the background.

Maybe try them with an empty directory so there is no data to process and see if you encounter the error. Then add some data and see how the load is.

If it doesn't have to be a TV but just a screen a monitor may be an option. Otherwise I'd look at eBay or something like that where people are selling old ones.

Stray, cyberpunk and red dead 2 and forza. I'm waiting until they come down in price and it forces me to play through my backlog.

Currently playing Metal Gear 5 on deck. I started it a few years ago on the PS3 but it died. I picked it up again in a steam sale a while back.

I prefer the newer style of gameplay from 4 & 5 to the earlier ones with the overhead camera.

The game itself is really polished and makes it feel like a movie at times. My only gripe with the series (which it might be a hot take) is the weird supernatural enemies. I think it would be so much more interesting if it was just normal humans.

You really need to plan your attack and scout locations, enemy patrol routes cover each other well and in close quarters you will get caught if you have not done enough recon.

So I recommend it to anyone looking for a good stealth game. Wait until a sale and you can get it cheap.

I just need to get a silenced sniper now 😄.

I was surprised how much time I put into it. It is a nice and relaxing way to unwind after a day of work. I like the fact you can play a t in short bursts too if needed.

I'm emulating it on yuzu on the deck, it started as a trial see how the emulator ran and it just sucked me in 😆
